For many years I have enjoyed...
For many years I have enjoyed the blessings which come from the study and application of Christian Science. I am deeply grateful.
My first healing was one of grief. My husband had passed on, and I was left with three young sons. It was at this time that Christian Science was presented to me. The healing of grief came about through the help of a practitioner. The healing was so quick and so remarkable to me that, like Jacob holding on to the angel until it blessed him (see Gen. 32: 26), I held on to Christian Science and it surely has blessed me and mine. A sense of the impersonal ever-presence of Love began to dawn on my thought.
As the children grew up, we experienced healings of so-called children's diseases, colds, burns, and injuries, and we saw unlovely traits of character disappear through the application and study of Science.
