On this program the Christian Science speaker and the non-Scientist inquirer discussed the question, What does the inspired Word of the Bible offer today's world? Excerpts from their conversation follow.

SPEAKER: The inspired Word of the Bible offers a purposeful way of life, a way of salvation and service. Christ Jesus, you'll remember, prayed (John 17:17). "Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth." And Paul said (II Tim. 3:16), "All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness."
