I became interested in Christian Science through a friend. I was acutely ill with what was diagnosed as bronchial pneumonia.

Though was having the best medical care, I seemed to be getting worse. My friend asked me if I would try Christian Science. Though I knew it was her love for me which prompted the question, I was incensed and retorted, "What can Christian Science do for me?"

"It can heal you," came her quick answer.
