God Directs Our Way
[Of Special Interest to Children]
Lynn loved attending the Christian Science Sunday School. She particularly liked it when the teacher gave the pupils in the class an opportunity to tell how they had used Christian Science during the week to help them.
One Sunday Lynn told the class how God had directed her family in a business way. She and her family had moved back to town and had found a place to live, and her father had become settled in a new place of business very harmoniously. It had all come about because her family had relied on their understanding of God as taught in Christian Science.
The teacher explained to the class that Science also helps in schoolwork, in home activities, and in play and that God is available all the time to direct any situation. The class memorized this statement on page 473 of Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy: "God is everywhere, and nothing apart from Him is present or has power."
