The
tempo of living, research, discovery, and transport has quickened enormously of recent years, and humanity seems sometimes to have lost the art of being still.
I wanted
words like woodland streams that sing,muted by distance and the pines' soft drone,that gently spell God's love for us and bring tidings of this inheritance we own:"Son, thou art ever with me".
My
love for God and for Mary Baker Eddy, the Discoverer and Founder of Christian Science and the Leader of its Cause, has inspired me to offer this testimony.

prayer that reforms the sinner and heals the sick is an absolute faith that all things are possible to God,—a spiritual understanding of Him, an unselfed love".
My
first testimony appeared in the periodicals in 1931, and I now feel that it is my privilege to state that Christian Science has been a wonderful help through the years since.
Christian Science
came into my life more than forty years ago through the healing of my mother of a heart condition which the doctors had said was incurable.
