Faith in Our Understanding

At one point in their journey to the Promised Land the children of Isreal came to a halt before the seemingly impassable barrier of the Red Sea. The Egyptians with their chariots came behind them, determined to take them back into captivity. Thus the record in the fourteenth chapter of Exodus describes the predicament of the Israelites on this occasion.
