For twenty-seven years I have been a member of The Mother Church, and I shoudl now like to express my gratitude through this testimony. I wish to tell how I was led to Christian Science, in the hope that the account may bless someone else as I was blessed.

My home was broken up, and I was thrown into a state of bewilderment. When I was visiting a friend one day she saw my need and said, "I have something I know will help you," and gave me a copy of the Sentinel. I took it home and read it, and I said to my mother, "This is surely the Scripture made plainer to me."

At that time I was a member of a Protestant church and seemed to be happy in my membership, but it did not give me the help I needed. I continued to read Christian Science literature and to apply what I was learning, and in about four or five years my husband and I were reconciled and our home was reestablished.
