Precepts (Ps. 119:104)

(Pre'cepts—first e as in eve, second as in end). A precept is a command intended as a general rule of action; a commandment enjoined respecting moral conduct; a working rule respecting the technique of an art or science; a written order or mandate issued by legally constituted authority to a person commanding or authorizing him to do something.
