Go, and Be Separate
"The Christ, Truth,...is expressed through us irresistibly
as we go into all the world and are separate"
Often the newcomer to Christian Science is inclined to seek out new friends among the Christian Scientists he meets so that he can speak the new tongue of spiritual understanding more freely. He sometimes justifies this inclination by referring to Paul's exhortation in his second Epistle to the Corinthians (6:17), "Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate."
