RADIO PROGRAM No. 437 - Never Outside of God's Care

SPEAKER: I think you'll be interested in the experience of our guest. She had an awakening that not only lifted her out of the very depths of misery and despair, but completely transformed her life. I'd like you to meet Mrs. Marjorie Betsher, of Eureka, Kansas. Suppose you tell us about it, Mrs. Betsher.

MRS. BETSHER: To be as brief as possible, my mother passed on when I was only six. There were four children, and over the years we had a succession of housekeepers. Sometimes when we didn't have one we children lived alone in the house and managed as best we could. My father was away a great deal.

As I grew older, conditions became much worse. I became a hating, resentful, bitter person. I completely despaired of ever finding good in my fellowmen or in myself.
