One of my early healings in...
One of my early healings in Christian Science was that of numerous warts which appeared on both my hands. I was a high school student at the time. An appointment was made for me to visit a practitioner at her office. This was my first visit to a practitioner, and I did not know just what she would do or say; however, I found her very loving and understanding.
During our conversation I mentioned being concerned over my schoolwork. After talking with me for a few minutes, she explained that she was going to pray, and she closed her eyes. I too dosed my eyes and silently pondered the Lord's Prayer and statements of truth from Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy. As I was leaving her office, the practitioner asked me not to examine my hands. Several days later I noticed that they were completely free from warts or any blemish.
