WORDS OF CURRENT INTEREST
[The words in this issue are related to the Lesson-Sermon in the Christian Science Quarterly designated to be read in Christian Science churches on August 6, 1961.]

The Greek word oikeios, here translated "of the household," can also mean "of one's family; intimate"; and since it appears in the plural, the passage in question could be translated "members of God's family."
Shewbread (Matt. 12:4)
