Are We Listening for the Angels?
"The voice of Truth can be heard only as the
clamor of mortal mind is quieted"
Throughout the Bible we read of angels appearing to spiritually minded individuals. Sometimes they announced events of great import, as when they announced the birth of Jesus. On other occasions they comforted, encouraged, and guided the Bible characters. Until the discovery of Christian Science, many individuals considered angelic visitations as belonging only to Bible times and, therefore, as no longer a present possibility. But Christian Science teaches that angels comfort, encourage, and guide the receptive heart in all ages.
