Through the study of Christian Science...
Through the study of Christian Science my family and I have been greatly blessed. My first testimony in the Sentinel was published in 1951, and I have had many healings since then.
Two years ago I was in an automobile accident, and at the moment of impact I declared aloud, "There is no accident in divine Mind." Although I received a neck injury and was unable to turn my head, as a result of my prayerful work the condition was healed in thirty-six hours.
At another time I lost a pearl the size of a pinhead out of a ring. At once I thought, There is nothing lost in Mind. I had walked about in three rooms and a dimly lit closet, and the suggestion came that it would be impossible to find such a tiny thing. It could have been in a dozen places—drawers, files, wastebasket. Then I thought. This is another opportunity to apply Christian Science.
