It is with much gratitude for the constant unfolding of God's goodness, as revealed by Christian Science, that I offer this testimony. A certain conviction of God's willingness to hear me and help me, even though I did not understand Him thoroughly, sustained me through several years of difficult experiences.

The suggestion that I might have to wear glasses for close work was overcome when I realized that true vision can never be affected by a false claim or by any belief in optics. The glasses which I had recently acquired were thrown away after a short hesitancy about their cost, since I reasoned that it would cost me more in future demonstration if I allowed the belief to become prolonged.

As I read and studied the Bible in conjunction with Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy, suffering from recurring influenza was overcome. Many false traits of character have been subdued, and I feel the joy of life, the fruition of constancy, and the love of Truth that this study has brought forth.
