Many demonstrations have been made since the publishing of my testimony in The Christian Science journal of August, 1941, but I should like to tell of three experiences which were outstanding to me. They took place while I was serving as First Reader in a branch Church of Christ, Scientist.

One Sunday morning, during my reading of the Lesson-Sermon from the Christian Science Quarterly, the pages of Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy became blank. I could not see one word. Happily this occurred while the Second Reader was reading from the Bible, and this interval gave me time to appeal to God for help. I was startled and numb at first until I handled fear. Then this angel message came: "I am not afraid that Mind cannot see." Immediately I saw clearly, and no one knew of the difficulty which attempted to interrupt the service.

My father began the study of Christian Science when he was eighty years of age. He studied and enjoyed the Bible Lessons each day. In church he sat near an amplifier, and I had much comfort from knowing how much he enjoyed the service.
