NO FINAL JUDGMENT
"No final judgment awaits mortals, for the judgment-day of wisdom comes hourly and continually, even the judgment by which mortal man is divested of all material error." So writes Mary Baker Eddy on page 291 of "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures."
In the Bible we read the words of John the Revelator (Rev. 20: 12), "I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened...and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works."
Many anticipate that at some future date this final judgment day must come, the day of reckoning when their books, or life records, will be reviewed by an all-powerful God. And they await its coming with trepidation, not knowing whether their God will find their life records deserving of heaven or not.
