It is with gratitude to God that I write this testimony and give thanks for the blessing of Christian Science. It was my privilege to have been reared in Christian Science and to have attended the Christian Science Sunday School from early childhood to the age of twenty.

For several years in my early teens, I suffered from an obstruction and a congestion in the nasal passages. Much prayerful work had been done for me, but there was no permanent relief.

I recall one Sunday afternoon that I chose to stay home when my family went for a drive. I knelt down and buried my face in my hands and began to pray to God for healing from this embarrassing affliction. I began to realize my absolute perfection as the child of God.
