A written testimony from me is long overdue, and I should now like to express my gratitude to God for Christ Jesus, our Way-shower, and for Mary Baker Eddy, our revered Leader. My heartfelt thanks go out to this pure-minded woman, who was so unselfish and untiring in her efforts to bring to the world in this age the revelation of Christian Science as lived and demonstrated by Christ Jesus.

It is indeed the greatest discovery of the age—the revelation of the reality of God, Spirit, and of His image and likeness, man, and of the nothingness of evil. And because Mrs. Eddy has recorded this discovery so that we too may understand the reality of God, good, and the perfection of His reflection, man, and bring into our lives a larger sense of harmony, I am humbly grateful.

Although since 1916 I had been appreciative of Christian Science, I thought that I had no outstanding physical healing about which to write a testimony. I had failed to realize that the gratitude which I had for the health and peace sustained through the study and application of this Science throughout the ensuing years should have been published.
