Our family has experienced many proofs of the omnipotence of God as revealed through Christian Science, and each one of us owes his happiness and harmony to the truth of its teachings. Our morals have improved, our business has been blessed, and many outstanding physical healings have been experienced. The opportunity for my husband and me to have class instruction together was one of our greatest blessings, and association meetings have inspired and guided us through the years.

One healing I should like to relate occurred a number of years ago. I was stricken in the night with a pulmonary disorder which was very painful. The hour was late; so I hesitated to call a Christian Science practitioner. I endeavored to meet the problem alone with God. Within a short time, however, the condition became so aggravated that I could not get out of bed to telephone.

I turned completely to God in earnest prayer and asked Him to fill my consciousness with Truth. My thought became filled with love— love toward everyone and everything—until it turned to a neighboring family that I disliked. Immediately I realized I must love them by seeing in each one the man of God's creating and not a sinful mortal. I became so busy loving that when I again thought of myself, the suffering was gone. I fell asleep peacefully and awoke healed.
