I wish to express my deep gratitude through our periodicals for the many blessings, healings, protection, and comfort Christian Science has brought to me during the years I have been a student of this beautiful religion.

Mary Baker Eddy writes in "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" (p. 494), "Divine Love always has met and always will meet every human need." One Sunday afternoon, about seven years ago, we decided to drive to another town to see a friend who was ill. It was very windy, and our car swayed quite a bit; but we thought nothing of it. During the visit, we discussed the truths of Christian Science with our friend.

On our way home the highway was very crowded, and the wind seemed to continue. Suddenly our car lost a wheel, and we turned completely around. Just at that moment there was a lull in traffic from both directions. When we looked out of the window we found ourselves only about two feet from a deep drop-off. We walked up the highway to get the wheel. We found the hubcap in a farmer's field nearby, and the five lugs in a little pile in the middle of the highway. How grateful we were for this protection!
