My husband and I became students of Christian Science at a time of great financial distress. At that time our oldest son was a freshman in college, and we did not see how we could afford the money to permit him to continue his education.

With the loving support of a practitioner, we studied diligently and tried to apply to our daily affairs the truths we were learning. As we progressed we joined The Mother Church and a branch church and later had class instruction. Very soon after having class instruction my husband was offered a new position, and in a few months his income was quadrupled. As a result our two older sons had five years each of college, and our youngest son is now in college. Our supply has been abundant.

Our family has had many healings. A few are those of asthma, chronic fatigue, a kidney disorder, and a sprained ankle. Another healing was that of the smoking habit.
