Christian Science has been my comfort, joy, and inspiration for many years. Each new year brings keener appreciation of this wonderful religion.

In our family of five, we have had many healings. An outstanding one was that of our daughter. When eleven years old, she was run over by an automobile. One leg was broken and the bone was crushed. Making a concession to a member of the family who was not a Christian Scientist, we called a surgeon.

The leg had to be set several different times, and medical opinion was voiced that one leg would be shorter than the other. We turned away from further medical aid, and with the help of a Christian Science practitioner we were able to reverse the medical verdict. Our daughter's leg became straight and is now the same length as the other one.
