IMPROVING OUR CONCEPTS OF BEING
Christ Jesus said (John 16: 28), "I came forth from the Father, and am come into the world: again, I leave the world, and go to the Father."
The Master was the most spiritually minded man ever to walk this earth. He was the son of a virgin, and his spiritual concept of his own nature excelled by far the concept held by those who viewed him humanly. He knew whence he came and whither he went. In fact, his conscious existence was in heaven, even while to others he lived with men. This clear consciousness of his Christ nature gave him exceptional ability to preach, teach, heal, and save.
The more clearly we view our true being as spiritual, the more we shall be able to demonstrate the truth as Jesus did. A clear view of man's real nature is being unfolded in world thought today through Christian Science.
