ONENESS GIVES DIVINE AUTHORITY
Every Christian Scientist has the sacred responsibility and privilege of demonstrating the efficacy of the healing Christ, Truth, in human experience. No activity is more joyous, more satisfying, or more rewarding than that of walking with God day by day.
Keeping in mind man's present, spiritual nature as God's reflection brings a realization of man's oneness, or unity, with God, divine Life. The Scientist must maintain this sense of oneness with God if he is to speak with authority to the myriad illusions of the carnal mind termed sin, disease, and death.
Conscious of our at-one-ment with God, we never look up to but always out from the perfection of Life. From this vantage point, free from all materiality, our view of man is clear, and we see him as he is, vital, strong, well, happy, and radiant. When a Christian Scientist thus sees man, he knows that the Christ, Truth, is present, and healing is inevitable.
