"GOD RESTS IN ACTION"
A common human problem is that of weariness or exhaustion. The belief that man is a mortal living in a material body which is subject to the cruel so-called laws of mortal mind often results in suffering and weakness.
For every action the carnal mind believes in a reaction, and unless instructed by Christian Science, mortals sentence themselves by accepting the penalties of broken material laws, which have no reality since God is All. There is no law of reaction in God's realm.
But Christian Scientists understand that man is spiritual, the child of an infinitely good God, who knows no evil and who could never send affliction of any kind upon His beloved sons. God possesses all power, and therefore the man of God's creating has no strength separate from Him, and thus it cannot be overtaxed or lost.
