THE IMPORTANCE OF TRUSTING GOD
[Of Special Interest to Children]
For a long time Teddy had wanted a dog. Finally, to his great joy, he was given one. He named her Trixie. The little dog and her master had lots of fun playing together. Teddy loved his pet dearly.
One day Trixie was not her usual happy self. She could not romp and play. This made Teddy sad; so he talked with his mother about Trixie.
Teddy had been attending the Christian Science Sunday School, where he had been learning of God. Teddy's mother reminded him of this, and they turned to the Bible and "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy to see what God had to tell them.
