I have many reasons for being grateful for Christian Science. Among them are physical healings and proofs of God's protection and care, as well as better business relations, improved character, a happy marriage, and a harmonious childbirth.

Gratitude for my growth in spiritual understanding, gained through the study and application of Christian Science, is most sincerely acknowledged. The good which has come into my experience, I attribute to a purification of self and to the loving help of a practitioner.

In 1946 there was much need in my life for harmony. A firm stand for Science was recognized as necessary to obtain this harmony. I applied for class instruction and was accepted. Through this joyous experience my thought was cleansed of resentment, fear, and doubt.
