Speaker: There is a law of God that will establish man's innocence of disease, suffering, discord. Curtis Sitomer, of Brookline, Massachusetts, a graduate student, is going to tell how he used this law, how it healed him. Suppose you begin, Mr. Sitomer, by telling us a little of your background up to that time.

Mr. Sitomer: Well, I was brought up in the Christian Science Sunday School, and I'd experienced many healings in Christian Science, some of them instantaneous. But they'd all been brought about through the prayerful help of someone in my family or a Christian Science practitioner. So I always used to wonder whether I'd be able to meet the situation myself if something big came along.

When I was away at college, I came up against many new problems, but I found that Christian Science was a great help in meeting them. Then in my junior year something big did come along. I was taken ill and was flat on my back; I couldn't walk. Sometimes I couldn't even think clearly.
