GAINING NEW VIEWS OF TRUTH
Our Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, throughout her great ministry to mankind, was constantly seeking and praying for new views of the great Science of Christianity which she had discovered and recorded for all men.
In her Message to The Mother Church for 1901, our Leader writes (p. 1), "To-day you meet to commemorate in unity the life of our Lord, and to rise higher and still higher in the individual consciousness most essential to your growth and usefulness; to add to your treasures of thought the great realities of being, which constitute mental and physical perfection."
Mrs. Eddy has recorded the fact that she has given us the complete and the final revelation of the Science of being. This revelation includes the presentation of God as Spirit, All, of man as His eternal, indestructible, perfect image and likeness, of the nothingness of matter and mortal phenomena.
