UNDERSTANDING BRINGS FULFILLMENT

The Psalmist says (Ps. 119:105), "Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path." The understanding of God's Word illumines our path with the light of divine Truth and Love. This spiritual understanding brings the fulfillment of our sincere desires.

God's blessings are of little avail to us unless we understand that they are actually ours and thus bring them into our own experience. True love and gratitude, unfolding in our consciousness, open our hearts to see God's bounty everywhere.

A helpful illustration may be seen in the following experience. A family often visited a forest area during summer vacations and enjoyed the cold water from a spring which gave refreshment to many passers-by, Year after year they had only to dip their cups into the water to quench their thirst, and the supply was never diminshed.
