I give this testimony of the good that has come into my life through the teaching revealed by our beloved Leader, Mary Baker Eddy. During the last fifty years all my needs have been met, and now, at eighty-seven, I feel that it can be said of me, as it was said of Moses, that my natural force is not abated.

Many years ago I suffered from what was believed to be Bright's disease. Since I was unable to heal myself, the help of a Christian Science practitioner was requested. A thought that encouraged me much was this: "Truth is always the victor" (Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy, p. 380). In three weeks I was well.

Protection has been experienced in many ways. On one occasion a few years ago, while running from a grass fire, I fell down. The flames were at my feet, but I turned in thought to divine power. As I got up, I saw that the flames had begun to recede, and the fire was later brought under control.
