HILLTOP OF FAITH
From
high hilltop of faith, the eye perceives
God's universe in vastness of revealings;
And vision scans beyond horizoned earth.
On faith's hilltop, no valley shade of doubt
Can chill the consciousness of fearless being.
Unlabored the ascent of this high hill
When hearts are primed with purpose to serve God.
From this high altitude one can perceive
How substanceless are mundane things of sense
And how substantial are the things of Soul.
