A report of a baccalaureate sermon by Nathan Marsh Pusey President of Harvard University The Boston [Massachusetts] Daily Globe
President Nathan Marsh Pusey, delivering his fourth Harvard baccalaureate sermon ... told graduates, "Faith is something given, not won, and no man can claim to be educated without inquiring into what it is."
Speaking in Memorial Church, Dr. Pusey dwelt on the resurgence of interest in religion among college students in general, in contrast to the recent past in which faith and spiritual matters seemed of little concern in college.
