In appreciation of the many helpful expressions of gratitude for healings that have come through Christian Science, I wish to share my testimony. Attendance at Sunday School from early childhood gave me cause for rejoicing. Knowing that "in Science we are children of God" (Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy, p. 572), I developed a sense of freedom from limitation and fear, a freedom which all may have the joy of demonstrating.

My father had come into Christian Science as a result of his healing of consumption and was a devoted worker for the Cause, being a practitioner for many years. Through his loving work, my way was made very harmonious and joyous. After my marriage our two children were born under Christian Science treatment and had the privilege of attending Sunday School.

My husband, who was not a Christian Scientist, had a physical breakdown which a doctor pronounced incipient tuberculosis. He was confined to a sanatorium in a climate that was supposed to help such a condition. After two months of making no progress, he willingly turned to Christian Science for help and received a complete healing. He returned to his work two weeks later.
