Often I am reminded of the wonderful benefits I have experienced in Christian Science through my own study and the loving help of practitioners.

My first healing, for which I shall never cease to be grateful, was that of severe headaches. I had suffered from them since childhood and had found no cure. Some years after reaching young womanhood, I left England and came to California, but the headaches continued. Following a number of attacks, I was persuaded to see a doctor. After an examination he advised an appointment with an eye specialist. The result was an operation. Weeks passed by, and still the headaches persisted.

In the interim, I had made the acquaintance of a Christian Scientist who had been healed of an abnormal growth. She was kind enough to tell me of her religion and said she felt certain I too could be healed through it. How right that dear friend was! I was healed through Christian Science, and in over twenty-five years I have not experienced the slightest trouble from headaches.
