A year or so ago I fell to the pavement and injured my back. I was taken to a hospital. X rays, which were taken for legal protection in the event of a lawsuit, showed that a vertebra had been broken. My son was notified, and he took me to my home. Then we got in touch with a Christian Science practitioner, and prayerful work was done.

I studied daily Mrs. Eddy's answer to the question, "What is man?" on page 475 of Science and Health, along with the ninety-first and twenty-third Psalms, all of which were of wonderful help in lifting my thought. The healing took place through Christian Science alone, and in less than three months after the incident occurred I started on a thirty-two-hundred-mile trip, doing my share of the driving.

More than thirty-five years ago I experienced an instantaneous healing of mastoiditis. This healing was the result of the comparatively little spiritual understanding I had at that time. Abundance of supply, a home, and many other manifestations of good have come to me through the study and application of Christian Science. I feel that I owe everything I have to its teachings.
