My father was healed of ulcers in one treatment through the prayerful work of a Christian Science practitioner. This healing proved to me the falsity of erroneous concepts I had acquired through hearsay about Science. I began to attend church services and lectures and to read the bible Lessons in the Christian Science Quarterly. Though I grew slowly in my understanding of the teachings of Science, I gained enough to persevere and was rewarded in healings for my self and others.

While still very new in my study of this wonderful truth, I was healed of influenza within an hour after calling a practitioner for help. Extreme nervousness and fainting spells, which had been almost periodic, disappeared from my experience.

My marriage to an earnest student of Christian Science has been happifying and enriching, and our children were all born harmoniously. They have been blessed and protected through the years. So-called children's diseases and effects of injuries, which were few, were quickly healed.
