THE LAND OF CHRISTIAN SCIENCE

Here is a land alight with joyous hope,Making each dawn a glad awakening; For inspiration brightens vale and slope,And every season brings fresh blossoming. Here is a land where grace and wisdom reign,Under whose statutes there is equity; We can walk upright, victors over pain.Buoyed by the knowledge that the truth makes free. Here is a land where limitations fade. And the horizon knows no temporal bound.Love, the defender, lets no foe invadeThis peaceful haven where true home is found.O patient pilgrim, gracious welcome waitsFor you and me within these wide-flung gates.
