I am grateful for having learned through the study of Christian Science that all one's problems can be met within one's own thinking and that the solution to these problems can be found in the study of our textbooks, the Bible and Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy.

Some time ago, when we expected to move from the birthplace of my husband, myself, and our three children, we felt the move to a small community was right in every sense. Still, a month before we were to move, I was not happy about the prospect. I realized that if the move was to be the result of a demonstration of Truth, it should be harmonious and joyful; so I went to my textbooks for help.

I found this promise in the Bible (Isa. 55:12): "Ye shall go out with joy, and be led forth with peace." Upon searching my thinking to find out why I was not joyful or peaceful, I realized it was because I felt a haunting sense of fear and impending loss at leaving behind a dearly loved home, which we had recently built, and dear friends I had known all my life.
