RADIO PROGRAM No. 123 - The Requirement for Spiritual Healing

Olive Pearl Kilgour

On this program Mrs. Olive Pearl Kilgour of Los Angeles, California, told of her own experience. The program was as follows:

Speaker: Today we're going to discuss the important question: What is really demanded of me when I turn to God for relief from sickness and other human discords? Christ Jesus taught that the power of God is always present to help us, but he also brought out that something is required of us. Our guest today was not only healed of her physical trouble, but her thinking underwent a radical change. She's here to tell you about it herself. Here is Mrs. Olive Pearl Kilgour of Los Angeles, California.

Mrs. Kilgour: A few years ago a small tumor appeared on my right leg. It continued to grow until it reached the proportion of a medium-sized orange. I went to physicians to see what could be done about it. The answer was always that it must be removed by surgical operation. And several were fearful that a cancerous development might follow such an operation. I couldn't afford the expense of having the tumor removed. I had to earn my own living. I just didn't know what to do.
