AFTER HEALING

Let go the dream that man was ever
sick or sinful, loose the chain
that seemed to bind your loved one or yourself.
Erase resistance to
Love's law
and refuse
to save a place for error in your thought.
Now is the time for letting go.

Hold fast the vision gained, the quickened
consciousness and freshened joy,
the more consistent turning to the truth
and dwelling firmly in it.
Love's law
is operating;
hold fast to this, for Love must keep you free.
Now is the time for holding fast.
