TRUE LIFE
True
life is more than breath and sight. The man
Of God's creating knows the vital plan
In which pure wisdom places warp and weft
And there can be no empty spaces left.
As Life's reflection, God's man knows no age,
No false desire, no bitterness, no rage;
His place is sure, his thought without misgiving.
Not just alive is he, but truly living.
