UNFOLDING FLOWERS OF SPIRIT

Flower of Life
Springing within,
The secret place is thine.
Nought can delay
Thy perfect growth—
Clear in thy beauty shine.

Flower of Truth,
Unfold and grow
Cherished within the breast.
Star of delight,
Fragrant and white,
Purity bringing rest!

Flower of Love,
Thy heart reveal
In tender word and deed.
Potent thy grace
Grief to efface
And heal each sore-felt need.
