ETERNITY

Eternity signifies Life with-out beginning or end. It characterizes God, divine consciousness, and therefore the divine pattern for all that God creates. All is eternal, in accordance with Mary Baker Eddy's revelation, recorded in "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" (p. 468): "All is infinite Mind and its infinite manifestation, for God is All-in-all." This wonderful truth from "the scientific statement of being" epitomizes the Science of being. And let us always remember that this statement postulates eternity for both infinite Mind and its infinite manifestation.

What are we? May we not declare that in our true being we are the man spoken of in Genesis (1: 27) as made "in the image of God," even individual reflections of God, constituting this infinite manifestation, expressing all the attributes of God, Mind, Spirit, Soul, Principle, Life, Truth, Love, throughout eternity, wherein is no time, no change, and no death?

The manifestation of Mind is intelligent and eternal. The manifestation of Spirit is spiritual and eternal. The manifestation of Soul is pure and eternal. The manifestation of Principle is perfectly governed and eternal. The manifestation of Life is active and eternal. The manifestation of Truth is absolute and eternal. The manifestation of Love is good and eternal. Do not these truths reveal the nature of Mind and its infinite manifestation?
