NEVER OUT OF GOD'S SIGHT

These words of the Apostle Paul's are full of meaning (Rom. 8:38, 39): "I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord." From this statement we deduce that God governs man and the universe wholly and irrevocably. We understand that man cannot escape or be separated for a moment from God's protecting care and wisdom. Neither can man ever be taken out of God's universe by material sense claims and testimony.

God's universe and kingdom are spiritual. According to the first chapter of Genesis man is the image or reflection of God, the divine Mind. Thus man lives, moves, and has his being in the universe of omnipotent Mind.

The carnal mind, which is the supposititious opposite of God, divine Mind, would separate men and deprive them of their rightful heritage as the sons of God. Envy, jealousy, fear, hatred, greed, revenge, injury, and warfare would bring about frustration and a sense of loss. But in the presence and government of divine Love, God, there is no expression of loss, confusion, or unkindness. God is God alone. All God's creation is manifest in His sight. All that exists in the kingdom of Love expresses intelligence and dominion. This reflected intelligence affords healing and guidance to every right human effort.
