It is with deep gratitude that I submit this testimony of the many healings and blessings I have received through the study and application of Christian Science. When this Science was first introduced to me, about twenty years ago, I was rather skeptical and dubious about it and did not think it was meant for me. Nevertheless, this introduction proved beneficial to me, for through Christian Science. I was healed of an obstinate case of constipation. Since then Christian Science has become my only guide, physician, and comforter. I have been healed of grief, of the smoking habit, of false traits of character, and of many minor ailments. My gratitude is immense for all this.

When I lost all I had possessed and was going through deep waters I learned the valuable lesson that God is omnipresent, omnipotent, and omniscient and that nothing really good can be lost. In this trail of my faith I received much spiritual light, and as I began to put into practice my new understanding of Truth my life became enriched with many blessings. I was asked to serve as a Reader for a small group of Christian Science students and to conduct testimony meetings, which were attended by several Army boys. This experience made me grow in grace and gain a better understanding of spiritual values.

Also I had the great joy of class instruction, for which I cannot be too grateful to our beloved Leader, Mrs. Eddy, through whose wonderful foresight provision has been made for this spiritual feast.
