BEFORE THE DAY

Precious early morning hours,
When the sounds of earth are still!
I listen, waiting for God's voice,
That I may do God's will.
With ear attuned to heavenly strain
I hear Love's whispered call,
And when I go to meet the day
I know God All-in-all.
