Before telling of my healings in...
Before telling of my healings in Christian Science, I wish to acknowledge the importance and value of class instruction. It is truly a blessing for everyone who is a sincere student of Christian Science.
God has been my only physician for over forty-five years. If I should attempt to relate here all the experiences and healings I have had during that time, there would be no room left for others to share their blessings. I would, however, like to tell briefly of two healings.
As a result of an injury to my spine, I was confined to lying flat on my back, unable to stand or sit up. At that time I was appointed to substitute as First Reader in a branch Church of Christ, Scientist. Three days prior to the date of serving I was in the helpless state mentioned. When Sunday came I was perfectly healed and able to carry on without any discomfort. The application of the truths of Christian Science had set me free. At another time I was instantaneously healed of a severe burn, when my hands were swollen about one-half again their normal size.
