I should like to express my gratitude...

I should like to express my gratitude for the privilege of having had Christian Science all my life and for the experience of attending the Christian Science Sunday School. I am particularly grateful for two devoted Sunday School teachers, who through their sincerity and understanding helped to elucidate this religion to me as a way of life. This was while I was in high school and college, and the foundation I gained at that time has supported my understanding of Truth, which is being constantly utilized in my experience. My excellent health and unusual vitality, acknowledged by acquaintances and employers, are attributable to the application of the sustaining truths revealed in Christian Science.

I should thankfully like to acknowledge a healing which my mother experienced. She suffered a broken ankle and broken bones in the foot. Determined to rely completely on Christian Science for healing, she had no medical aid at any time. The services of a Christian Science practitioner were obtained, and although the healing seemed to be slow to my mother, because she had always received quick healings in Christian Science, she was grateful for an opportunity for extensive study, which resulted in spiritual growth. At times the material evidence made me fearful and discouraged, but my mother's faith and persistence in the truth were lessons of devotion to Principle. She is now happy to be again at work, enjoying her freedom.

I am grateful for the effectiveness of Truth, which provided me with employment and supply. Several times in the last few years, through my confident knowing that God is always providing that which is right for us and that we should expect all good abundantly, we have found a suitable home.
